not to bash anyone's boyfriend/spouse/significant other,
but seriously, do you never think when you come out with this statement?
but seriously, do you never think when you come out with this statement?
"i don't care whether you have money or not, i'd still love you."
say it in whatever language, and it will still mean the same thing; Love is above money.
at least, their love is. i don't know, that statement seems a bit naive for me. maybe you're still in school and you've yet to mature up, or maybe it's because you still get dough from your parents? think about it, you can say that now, because you don't work for it.
you're on date, who forks out the dough? you? by the rule of dating, a girl shouldn't have to pay for three dates, given that it is a one-on-one date (doesn't count if you bring your friends along). after that, how is it gonna be? for me, i wouldn't mind going dutch if you're gonna eat somewhere grand or fancy, but i meant those like normal dates; movies and such. kau sanggup bayar setiap kali keluar?
some more, if you have the type of boyfriend whose just... how should i put it, not matured intellectually yet? physically yes, he looks like a 20 year old, but his mind? he still plays around, not being serious about his future, fooling around with friends, thinking he still has plenty of time ahead of him. what the..? i know (some) guys grow up a bit late, but the world isn't going to wait for you. so does your girl. unless, of course, she's about the same maturity level as you are. i hate the fact that you know that you're not that smart, but you do nothing about it, you play around, you joke about it. you depend on your folks. sampai bila kau mau begitu? parents are not going to last forever. remember that..
okayy, so i might sound (a bit) shallow, whatever, at least i think about my future. if you think your love can put food on your table, go ahead. continue what you're doing. be in obliviously love. lets see how long that will last.

i need more than that to last til i die, and i have plenty of people to remind me about that everyday. and i did my more than my fair share of the commitment, thank you. finance is a sensitive topic, but know where you stand on that matter, don't get you're head too high up in the clouds, you'll choke.
p/s; what you think now is what you will get in the future.. may Allah bless~ :)
