Allah (SWT) is The Wise, He created everything for a reason. So why don’t we move our lips when we say “la ilaha illa’Allah”? Someone said because when someone (Muslim) is dying, they won’t find the power or be able to move their lips to say the Syahadah, so they would just move their tongues to say it, SubhanAllah!
